Ultrasonic cleaning machines have gradually evolved into a comprehensive cleaning method, and their application groups are still growing. Ultrasonic cleaning equipment from different manufacturers, with varying types, performances, and configurations, differs from each other. 01. First-time users must read the manufacturer’s instruction manual and connect the equipment according to the specific content in the manual.
02. Be sure to add a certain level of cleaning solution to the tank of the cleaning machine. Starting the machine without solution will damage the equipment. The minimum level of cleaning solution varies for different models, and manufacturers usually mark the minimum level line. The cleaning solution should not be overfilled. For those marked with an overflow, it is generally best to fill it up to the overflow port, and for those without an overflow, it is generally best to fill it up to 2/3 of the tank.
03. For optimal cleaning, avoid using strong acids that may corrode the tank body. When cleaning flammable and explosive materials, choose cleaning equipment equipped with explosion-proof devices.
04. Cleaning workpieces that are prone to sinking should be equipped with mesh racks or supports, otherwise they may reduce cleaning efficiency and interfere with equipment lifespan.
05. Place the cleaned workpieces scientifically and reasonably, and try not to stack them.
06. For power frequency adjustment equipment, the power is not necessarily the greater the better or the lesser the worse. The cleaning power should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the cleaning workpiece and the difficulty of cleaning. The frequency adjustment follows the same principle. Generally, a lower frequency range is used for rough cleaning, and a higher frequency range is used for fine cleaning.
07. Ultrasonic transducers and generators must be kept clean, and ultrasonic cleaning equipment should have good heat dissipation.
08. The grounding of the cleaning machine should be excellent. It is important to note that it is not necessary to wait for the electricity to be disconnected before disassembling and cleaning the machine.
After cleaning is completed, first turn off the ultrasonic device and then remove the cleaning workpiece and cleaning solution.
10. If the equipment is not to be used for a long time, it should be wiped clean and stored in a dry and well-ventilated place.
